Permanent Change to Availability

  • Please submit schedule change requests at least three business days before the day of the first tutoring shift affected by the requested change. Remember to check any existing appointments that will be affected by this change. Additionally, make sure to alert us if this change will affect your weekly education session(s).

    Completion of this form is not a guarantee of a schedule change. 

    You will receive official notification from a Writing Hub staff member approving or denying your request via email. If you have not received email confirmation of a schedule change, you are responsible for any appointments that are booked.

  • New Permanent Schedule

    Include ALL days and ALL hours that you are available for Writing Hub business.

  • Directions for submitting Permanent Change to Schedule:

    1. Download the following excel document and save to your computer with the file name as "First name.Last name"  New Schedule file
    2. Open this document and color in your starting schedule per directions in the spreadsheet.  Once completed, hit 'save' one last time.
    3.  Attach your tutoring schedule excel document to this form by using the upload field provided below.
    4.  Complete the rest of this form and click on 'Submit'.
