The Transdisciplinary Disability Studies Reading Group (TDS) is supported by a 2016-2017 UC San Diego Center for Humanities Research Award. Reading Group Meetings are open to all, and each meeting is designed to offer both an introductory view for those new to disability studies, and new insights for those already familiar with the field. No need to attend the whole series – rather, each event will engage 1-2 texts and feature an informal conversation and response to the texts hosted by UCSD faculty and PhD students and/or invited speakers.
