This group is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive, collaborative, and critical Digital Humanities culture at UC San Diego. Students, faculty, and staff from all areas of campus are welcome to post relevant news, events, resources, and questions to the group forum.

We also have a smaller digital humanities research group, which facilitates communication about its bi-weekly meetings here: https://knit.ucsd.edu/groups/luddites.

      Hi All,

      As you may have heard, Julia Alvarez will be the keynote speaker at the first PATH conference April 27 at City College. <span style=”color: black; font-family: Tahoma; font-size: small;”><span dir=”ltr”>I will sneak in some of her short stories in my reading schedule and create an assignment for my students (maybe extra credit) so that they attend the conference. (Thank you Carmen for this idea.)

      I went on Google and found tons of free short stories by Julia Alvarez. You can find them under this Google drive.
