This is our lab’s pet Gnome, we love him despite his sad judgmental gaze. Using photogrammetry software we were able to take a bunch of pictures from different angles and stitch them together into a complete 3D model. See the complete version here.

This is getting to be a big technology, it’s already very important to researchers in SIO and CALIT, we’re helping to make it available to students through the Library.
