Members of the project presented the student activism timeline as part of the Social Science Division training for incoming Teaching Assistants (SS TA Training) to help prepare them to teach Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion courses. “One of our goals is to help incoming graduate students to understand some of the events that occurred during 2010, and the student activism that helped lead to changes on campus (including the DEI requirement).
